The floods affecting millions of people in Pakistan has horrified many of us watching on TV from the relative safety of our own homes. As you may see from the attached letter from our colleagues at the Society of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists of Pakistan, the floods have affected one in five people, more than one third of the country is under water and more than 20 million are homeless. FIGO very much hopes that your society and its members will be able to provide assistance to our colleagues in Pakistan.
